Funnel architecture

Three funnel stages → one closed-loop system

Acquisition
Paid traffic

Meta + Google Ads directly via API. AI agent Ads Pilot optimizes campaigns on qualified meetings — a proxy metric for campaign quality, not lead volume.

Conversion
Landing + quiz

AI agent Page Builder, paired with a designer, builds a landing page and quiz for every campaign in hours, not weeks. A/B tests with Ads Pilot — on the fly.

Reactivation
Lead base

AI agent Mia works the dormant base — segments, reactivates, books meetings with a manager.

AI agents

4 AI agents working the funnel 24/7

AI Mia

Replies to every WhatsApp inbound in <30 sec, 24/7, in any language. Qualifies and books meetings. In parallel — reactivates the dormant base.

AI Deal Inspector

Watches the CRM. Raises a flag before a deal slips. Missed follow-ups, dead conversations — all on the radar.

AI Ads Pilot

Runs campaigns on Google and Meta via API. Learns on qualified meetings (through Google Ads offline conversions) — a proxy metric for campaign quality, not lead volume.

AI Page Builder

Builds landing pages and quizzes for each campaign or project. Hours instead of weeks. A/B tests with Ads Pilot — on the fly.

In production

These aren’t slides. This is what your Sales Director opens after the build.

Team

The team — your sales department, not contractors

In 8 weeks you have people on your payroll who can sell your project. We hire, train, and manage them — during the build and after. We calibrate compensation against the market. The owner is you.

SDR channel
Team Lead + SDR team
  • — Call back people who don’t reply on messengers
  • — Pick up complex conversations Mia escalated to a human
  • — Goal — fill the managers’ calendars
Sales channel
Sales managers
  • — Run meetings, close deals
  • — Don’t prospect — SDRs fill their calendars
  • — The trainer coaches on real call recordings
On your payroll SDR team and infrastructure — part of your company

From day one the SDR team is on your payroll. By the end of the build, the CRM is set up, the playbook is written, the creatives are ready. All of it works for your sales every day — we keep deploying growth.

Full department No in-house sales team? We build it from scratch — including Sales Director and managers.

Beyond SDRs, in “full department” mode we hire and train the Sales Director and sales managers. They join your payroll from day one. On the discovery call we’ll pick the mode for your project.

Operations core

Ready operations core: 4 people + AI stack.

We don’t rebuild the infrastructure from scratch for every project — we deploy what’s already built and field-tested on our own projects. That’s why a working sales department comes together in 8 weeks.

FAQ

Frequently asked

How is this different from an agency that just runs our ads?

When the agency leaves, the ads stop. You’re left with a contract bill. Direct is a sales department that stays with you: team on your payroll, a configured CRM, playbook, creatives. We build it in 8 weeks — then it runs at your end.

What about our current sales team?

We decide on the discovery call — three scenarios:

  • Integrate. The team is strong, only the playbook and tools need an update. Our trainer onboards them to new processes, AI, CRM. Everyone stays yours.
  • Reinforce. There are gaps (no SDR channel, overloaded frontline) — we hire the missing roles, re-train the existing ones.
  • Partial replacement. If a change is objectively needed — you make the call. We recommend, you decide. No unilateral firings from our side.

By the end of week 8 — a working mix of your existing and new people. All under your management.

If results are weak 3 months in, can we exit?

6 months is the minimum to hit target KPIs. KPIs are locked in on the discovery call before contract signing.

At month 3 of operations (month 5 from start) — checkpoint:

  • On target → we continue
  • Close → we adjust and push through
  • Not working → we part ways; the final month is spent transitioning team and assets, no penalties

KPIs before signing are the safeguard against a no-exit commitment. If we don’t believe the target, we don’t sign the contract.

What if an AI agent blows a $200K–$2M deal?

AI only does work where it cannot make decisions that affect the deal:

  • Mia in WhatsApp: standard replies, qualification, booking meetings. Doesn’t quote off-price-sheet prices, doesn’t promise custom terms, doesn’t process reservations.
  • Deal Inspector: only watches the CRM and sends signals to SDRs — never writes to a buyer.
  • Ads Pilot / Page Builder: only handle traffic and creatives — never speak to buyers.

Escalation to a human is automatic in four cases:

  1. Pricing question outside the price sheet
  2. Request for a discount or custom terms
  3. Low confidence score (AI itself is unsure)
  4. Trigger words: “lawyer”, “contract”, “escrow”, “cancel”

Conversation audit logs are in the CRM. Access for your trainer and PM. Weekly review — top cases and decisions.

How much does it cost?

Contract structure:

  • Retainer in two modes:
    1. Months 1–3 (build) — covers hiring, training, CRM setup, AI training, playbook writing
    2. Months 4+ (operations) — PM, trainer, traffic manager, AI stack, team support
  • Fixed percentage of closed revenue

Specific amounts and percentage are calculated on the discovery call after reviewing project economics: GDV, deal cycle, unit types, market maturity. Full breakdown — before signing.

Minimum contract — 6 months.

How are ads and variable costs funded?

At launch — yes, your funding is required. Until the first closed deals, variable costs (ads, creatives, performance bonuses) come from your budget. The cap is locked on the discovery call.

From the first closed deals, a marketing fund kicks in: a fixed percentage of every deal goes into it automatically. From there it funds ads, creatives, team bonuses.

Once we hit the agreed velocity, the fund covers all variable costs and your marketing budget is freed up.

Can we work pure commission?

No. The build is real team cost: frontline hiring, training, CRM setup, AI training on your data, playbook writing. None of it depends on how many deals close in the first months.

Also, by the time we engage, part of the project is already locked — pricing, product mix, design, time to market. They directly affect sales velocity but are controlled by you, not us. Pure commission would shift this risk entirely onto us, which is wrong.

The retainer covers actual costs; the percentage aligns motivation on outcome. The hybrid model covers both sides.

What do we keep after the contract?

The team (SDRs, managers) stays on your payroll. CRM, playbook, knowledge base, creatives, landing pages — yours. AI agents are our IP. After the contract they run on a subscription of $3.5k/mo or a one-time buyout of $50k (= 14 months of subscription). You can opt out — the sales department runs without AI, just slower.

What about our existing CRM?

Two options, decided on the discovery call:

  • Integrate with your CRM: Kommo, HubSpot, Bitrix24, Salesforce, Pipedrive. Full history is preserved — leads, deals, conversations. AI agents train on your historical data.
  • Fresh stack as part of the build: if the current CRM doesn’t scale or the data is “dirty”. We handle the migration of historical leads.

Decided based on your data state, team preference, and compliance requirements.
